Can you take my group of 40 on a weeklong tour?

No... Private Motor Coach, Inc. is not just another 52-seat bus company.  Our maximum capacity for groups is 8–10 people; and, only 2 to 4 people if they are sleeping aboard the motorcoach.

May I bring my pet on vacation with me?

Yes... You sure can! Well-behaved pets are welcome.  With Private Motor Coach, Inc. you can forget about taking your pet to the kennel or relying on friends to care for them.

Where does the driver sleep?

The choice is up to you…

If you are staying aboard the coach, the driver can stay at a nearby hotel or campground cabin.  He is only a phone call or page away if you need him.

With only one or two travelers aboard, the driver might sleep in the coach on the living room sofa bed.  You get the private bedroom with queen-size bed.

Sometimes the driver sleeps on board the coach, while travelers stay with friends or in a hotel.

How much does it cost?

Each trip is customized. Our best guess is $600-700 per day plus expenses.

Can I just rent the coach without your driver?

No...  Insurance and liability issues prohibit anyone but a Private Motor Coach, Inc. driver from taking the wheel.  Our driver is trained by the All-State Career School, Pittsburgh PA, and is licensed as a commercial driver.

Can I cook aboard the coach?

Yes...  Fill the refrigerator with your favorite foods.  Use the microwave, electric range with oven, toaster and coffeemaker freely.

I understand, Private Motor Coach, Inc. travels the USA and Canada with Ed and Patty as full time RV'ers and I live in California, would you come to California in order for me to travel with you?

Yes... Private Motor Coach, Inc. comes to your door no matter where you are in relationship to where we are..  The coach goes “Anywhere-Anytime.”

How far ahead should I plan my trip?

As you would with any vacation, 6 months to a year is wise for trips that are a week or more.  A deposit is required on all trips to reserve your dates.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

No... Our coach has four steps to board.  We have however made special arrangements to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
