Departure:

Private Motor Coach, Inc. and "Dolly's Pride" can be located anywhere in the USA or Canada, thus our motor coach will depart from this location and arrive at your home to begin your trip. This service is provided at a cost of ____ cents per mile, plus a $_______/day for the driver, plus misc. expenses (tolls, cell phone, parking, etc). We meet you there and we are off. 

Responsibility:

Private Motor Coach, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary. Rates are also subject to change.

We also reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time; and, in such a case, any remaining fees pending will be canceled, and any deposits made will be fully refunded. There will be no further obligation on the part of Private Motor Coach, Inc.

Private Motor Coach, Inc. is not responsible for any articles left on the coach at the end of your travels. Before you depart, please check thoroughly for your personal belongings.

Private Motor Coach, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, consequential loss, inconvenience or delay arising out of the breakdown of our motor coach. Every effort will be made to correct this situation to the benefit of our passengers, but no guarantee is implied. 

Reservations and Deposits:

Reservations on all tours should be made as early as possible. Private Motor Coach, Inc. will hold your reservation for 10 days until you send the required deposit. Unless otherwise agreed, payment schedule will be: 1/3 payment due at reservation, 1/3 payment due on the first day of departure, and the final 1/3 payment, plus accrued expenses, will be paid in full upon completion of the trip. 

At this time we cannot take credit cards. Terms are cash, money order and cashiers check, and where appropriate a personal check. Please contact us for details.

Refunds:

Up to 90 days prior to departure date, a full refund minus 25% will be made on the deposit amount paid. For all cancellations of 90 to 30 days prior to departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total deposit paid. Your deposit is non-refundable for cancellations of less than 30 days notice. 

When your trip is planned, Private Motor Coach, Inc. makes a big commitment to you as our customer. We turn away other travelers to accommodate you and we work behind the scenes to customize your travel arrangements. We hope you understand that our refund policy is necessary.

Safety:

For your safety, Private Motor Coach, Inc. is licensed by the U.S. Dept. of Transportation (DOT #803903) . We also operate under the auspices of the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC #357878).

Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs:

Private Motor Coach, Inc. has a No Smoking policy in the motor coach. Ample comfort stops can be made for smoking breaks. Alcohol is permitted in the motor coach for moderate, private use. Illegal drugs will not be tolerated and discovery of such usage will result in termination of the trip.

Gratuities:

Driver/Escort gratuities are not included in the price of your trip. Private Motor Coach, Inc. requests that your optional gratuity be expressed on an individual basis. Let the quality of service you receive be your guide.
